True Love.

Life is short. I guess you really don't know how short it is until someone close to you is all of a sudden gone. You knew that their death was soon arising, but not this fast.

Let's just say today I witnessed absolute true love today. This is besides what Jesus has done for each and every one of us. So, lets say this is the second greatest example that I have seen in my own life. My Great Grandma passed away today. For the longest time my Great Grandpa has taken care of her so much that he began to lose his own strength taking care of her. He literally gave everything for her, most of all his strength to take care of her, and he still wishes he could have given more. One thing that struck me most when he was talking about her and everything, he said, "I loved her." Those three words you knew for a fact he wasn't just saying. He truely did love her, and you could always tell that they both loved each other very much. No matter what they were going through. While he was telling stories and such, I thought to myself, he absolutely meant in his wedding vows, "for better or for worse, til death do us part."

My Great Grandparents have set such a huge example on the Page family and others that are around them. They are such wonderful people. I'll really miss my Great Grandma, Christine Edith Page, she was so inspiring. I loved too that at Thanksgiving dinner's no matter how many plates of food you had eaten, she still told you to eat more.

Man, I miss her already.
